Malcolm was instrumental in leading the research into mental health in the property management sector and the subsequent publication of their in-depth Industry Wellbeing Survey Report in 2021 alongside ARMA. Malcolm has been with the IRPM for almost two years now and prior to this was an Affinity and Sponsorship Manager at the RICS.
